"I suffer from anxiety."
"What is anxiety?"
Youth looked at Director a long moment. "Are you serious? You don't know?"
"I want to know what you think it is."
"It's a condition of constant, relatively low grade fear."
"With or without cause?"
"They say it's without cause."
"But you don't believe it?"
"No."
"Well, what's the cause of your constant, relatively low grade fear?"
"I don't know."
"I see."
"That doesn't mean there is no cause. It just means I don't know what it is."
"Do you want to know what it is?"
"Yes."
"Do you want me to try to help you find out what it is right here, right now?"
"I do."
"Where do you think we should start?"
"Maybe with when it seems to be worst."
