"Director, what brings you here?"
"Hello, Elder. I'm picking up Student. He was supposed to have been here to meet me. Have you seen him?
"No, I'm afraid I haven't. He's always running late. How have you been? I can't remember the last time I saw you."
"Yes, it's been some time. I've been fine, thanks. And you?"
"Fine, fine, thank goodness."
"I think I'd better give him a call. Please excuse me."
"Of course."
Director called and got no answer.
"Well, looks like you'll just have wait to see if he turns up," said Elder.
"Yes. So tell me, Elder, what's new at The Organization?"
"We're having our first annual Celebration of Ritual."
"Really? What does this ritual celebrate?"
"Ritual, our rituals. We are celebrating the fact that we are graced with rituals."
"Ah, I see. From what I understand you have quite a few in your organization."
"Yes, we do," said Elder with pride.
"Why celebrate their existence? Isn't celebrating the rituals themselves enough?
