"How do you work your way through the bleak?" asked Director.
"I was kind of hoping you could tell me."
"Oh, I see. Do you feel as bleakness your absence from your family hearth?"
"Yes."
"And you can never go back?"
"He won't have me."
"But do you want to go back?"
"No. I'm done with him, with it."
"And now you have an emptiness inside you where the hearth once was."
"Yes, exactly."
"And you want to know how to fill that emptiness."
"Yes."
"Do you have family members you still wish to have a relationship with?"
"A handful."
"Can they fill that void?"
"We have no hearth. We're scattered."
"What if you become the hearth and they gather around you?"
